Structure Features
1. The diversity of rotor type can meet different mixing requirements. The user can choose any kind of rotor (the mixer with different rotors has different total volume and working volume).
2. The inside wall of mixing chamber, discharging door, ram and front/rear rotor are all able to put through cooling water. The large cooling area of the rubber internal mixer can ensure the steady quality of all kinds of stock.
3. The rotor surface, inside wall of the mixing chamber, discharging door surface and other surfaces contacting with stock are all hardened tough build-up welding with carbide alloy or to improve wear-resistance performance.
4. The drop door driven by the hydraulic device with double racks can run steadily and reliably with short open/close door time. It uses toggle-locking and seal performance.
5. All rotor dust stop devices use hydraulic seal type. The seal specific pressure is adjustable and the seal performance is reliable .
6. Selecting pneumatic ram or hydraulic ram depends on the users themselves. Both can realize constant pressure control against stock.
7. The drive system of the rubber internal mixer uses a DC motor or AC inverter motor to realize stepless speed adjustment or uses an AC motor with gear box, etc. The drive system has the advantages of steady drive, lower noise, long service life, etc.
8. The standard rotor uses the right drive system. According to users' needs, we can supply the left drive system.
9. The electrical control system of the rubber internal mixer uses the imported PLC. Its advantages include easy modifying program, strong anti-interference ability, high reliability, energy saving, etc. In addition to general PC functions, it can communicate through network and intelligent device. It has many control modes, such as time control, energy control, temp. control, time-temp. control, etc. The formula can be stored according to users'requirements.
10. On-site operation cabinets and electrical control cabinets use PLC communication, which results in reduction of equipment troubles and installation cost.

Hydraulic Ram Features
1. High ram pressure and wide pressure range. The pressure of ram against stock in the mixing chamber can be up to 0.6Mpa and can be freely adjusted.
2. Ram's pressure can increase or decrease momentarily under heavy loading conditions.
3. In case of quick pressure adjustment, the ram moves up and down fast.
4. Ram's oil cylinders are mounted on two sides of the beam underside so you don't need to climb up for maintenance and hydraulic oil will not enter into mixing chamber.
5. It doesn't have a compressed air station, but each unit can work well, so the investment for air-compressed station is saved.

Application
The rubber internal mixer is used for plasticizing, mixing and final mixing the stock.
